This notice explains what we collect when you visit janehub.my.id or join the business waitlist, why, and the rights you have.

Who is responsible
PT Solusi Anak Sakti, Indonesia, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Waitlist: work email, company name, your name, country, expected volume, what you need, an optional note and your language. We do not ask for identity documents or financial data on this site.
Technical: Cloudflare processes request metadata (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site, and our bot-protection check runs when you submit the form.
Why we collect it
To contact you once when Janehub is ready for your region and use case, to understand demand, and to protect the form from abuse. Our legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We will confirm the storage region and any cross-border transfer safeguards before launch.
How long we keep it
Until Janehub launches in your region and you are onboarded, or until you ask us to delete it. Inactive waitlist records are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, as provided by applicable law including Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Write to [email protected].
